Summer Honey 2025 - Cégep de Lanaudière Farm School - 500g

This delicious honey comes from the apiary at the Cégep de Lanaudière teaching farm, located in Saint-Thomas.

The apiary at the teaching farm is used to train the next generation of beekeepers. Students there learn to manage an apiary by taking into account the specific needs of bee colonies in our environment, to assess the health and needs of the colonies, and to determine when and how to extract and store honey.

Summer 2025 honey, cold-extracted, unpasteurized.

Note: Honey crystallization is normal. All natural honey crystallizes over time. To liquefy it, place the jar in warm water.
